Leadership Team ::

At RAiN, leadership is structured around a purposeful balance of strategic oversight, field precision, and embedded systems intelligence. This integration allows the team to operate with agility across diverse environments—adapting seamlessly from planning to execution without disruption.

What distinguishes RAiN is not just the depth of experience, but how its leadership functions as a cohesive operating layer—each member contributing specialized expertise within a platform engineered for scale, adaptability, and real-time responsiveness.

The RAiN model blends hands-on program delivery with proprietary tools and frameworks—architected from within by individuals who understand both the logic of the field and the architecture of systems. This alignment drives faster insight cycles, eliminates translation gaps, and creates a decision environment that stays synchronized under complexity.

As a founding partner and senior leader in client development, Austin Berke brings 14 years of experience as an architect and business strategist. He guides clients through the critical front end of programs—from procurement and contracting to service alignment and delivery planning.

Austin ensures each engagement begins with clarity and direction, assembling high-performance teams tailored to each client’s needs. His strength lies in translating vision into executable structure—and building the long-term trust that drives RAiN’s growth.

With 16 years of experience as a mechanical engineer turned program manager, Dan LeRoy leads RAiN’s operational delivery. Known for bringing complex, multi-site programs to life with precision and discipline, Dan integrates teams, timelines, and scopes into streamlined execution.

He brings clarity to complexity—ensuring programs run smoothly, teams stay aligned, and no detail is overlooked. As a delivery lead, Dan turns strategy into outcomes—consistently, reliably, and without compromise.

Jamie Katz is the system architect behind RAiN’s operational backbone. With more than 20 years of experience across geospatial systems, data architecture, full-stack development, and infrastructure program delivery, he designed and built the platform that powers every layer of RAiN—from field capture to executive intelligence.

A rare hybrid of engineer, strategist, and coder, Jamie merges deep technical expertise with firsthand knowledge of how programs function in the real world. His systems are designed for clarity, speed, and scale—eliminating friction and enabling smarter decisions across the enterprise.

Jamie remains at the forefront of emerging technologies and AI integration—continually evolving RAiN’s platform to adapt to new constraints and complexity. His work doesn’t just support performance—it defines it.

Systemic Design Philosophy

At RAiN, leadership isn’t just a reporting structure—it’s an intelligent coordination layer, balancing strategy, field execution, and systems logic to navigate complexity at scale. Each leader functions as a modular node in a broader architecture—built not just to execute, but to evolve.

RAiN relies on internally engineered systems, not off-the-shelf templates. Every tool, process, and platform component is built by those who understand both physical constraints and abstract architectures. This fusion enables low-latency operations, adaptive response, and alignment under uncertainty.

As conditions shift and complexity increases, RAiN remains synchronized. Its leadership is recursive, its systems modular, and its thinking layered.
