We're especially looking for professionals with skills and interest in:

:: Engineering & Technical Roles

  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Physical Sciences

  • Experience with large-scale data analysis and infrastructure systems

  • Familiarity with SQL databases, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and modern dev stacks

  • Proficiency with modern AI and geospatial tools, including ArcGIS, Safe/FME, AUTODESK/CAD, and cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI APIs, geospatial AI models, and vector search platforms like Pinecone or Weaviate.

  • Ability to work independently, iterate fast, and translate real-world challenges into scalable technical solutions

:: Field Data Collection & Program Support

  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. to collect spatial and engineering field data

  • Comfort operating in variable outdoor environments and using mobile data collection tools

  • Strong communication and reporting skills

  • Interest in supporting infrastructure, geospatial, and environmental assessment projects

  • Travel requirements: typically 25–50% (may vary by project)

:: Sales & Marketing

  • Experience with B2B sales, professional services, or infrastructure/tech markets

  • Strong storytelling and proposal development skills

  • Ability to build relationships with enterprise clients, public agencies, and partner networks

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital lead generation strategies

  • Understanding of the consulting, engineering, or technology solution sales cycle is a plus
