:: Engineering & Technical Roles
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Physical Sciences
Experience with large-scale data analysis and infrastructure systems
Familiarity with SQL databases, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and modern dev stacks
Proficiency with modern AI and geospatial tools, including ArcGIS, Safe/FME, AUTODESK/CAD, and cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OpenAI APIs, geospatial AI models, and vector search platforms like Pinecone or Weaviate.
Ability to work independently, iterate fast, and translate real-world challenges into scalable technical solutions
:: Field Data Collection & Program Support
Willingness to travel across the U.S. to collect spatial and engineering field data
Comfort operating in variable outdoor environments and using mobile data collection tools
Strong communication and reporting skills
Interest in supporting infrastructure, geospatial, and environmental assessment projects
Travel requirements: typically 25–50% (may vary by project)
:: Sales & Marketing
Experience with B2B sales, professional services, or infrastructure/tech markets
Strong storytelling and proposal development skills
Ability to build relationships with enterprise clients, public agencies, and partner networks
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital lead generation strategies
Understanding of the consulting, engineering, or technology solution sales cycle is a plus
